Description of RO Water Treatment System
RO Water Treatment System uses the technology of pressure difference for dynamic membrane separation filter, originated from the United States in the 1960's aerospace technology research, then transformed into civil gradually.It has widely used in scientific research, medicine, food, drinks, sea water desalination, etc.
The aperture of RO reverse osmosis membraneis so small that it can be arrived at the level(1 nano = 10-9 (10 billion of a metre) meters),under the pressure of certain, H2O molecules can be through the RO film, and the inorganic salt, heavy metal ions, organic matter, colloid, bacteria, viruses and other impurities of the source water can’t through the RO membrane, thus make it strictly distinguish from the pure water and the entrated water can’t through the membrance.
The water conductivity can reach 5 muon s/cm after the general tap water through RO membrance (RO membrane filtration water conductivity = after water conductivity x the desalination rate, general import reverse osmosis membrane desalination rate can reach above 99%, in 5 years operation can guarantee to 97%. Water conductivity more demanding, can adopt two-stage RO, repass simple processing, effluent conductance to less than 1 muon s/cm), accord with the standard of national laboratory level 3 water. Then after atomistic level ion-exchange column circulation filter or EDI equipment, water resistivity can reach 1.82 M.c m, more than national laboratory level 1 water standard (GB6682-2008).
