Drum sieve manufactured by hengrui Machinery Equipment CO.,Ltd.is a new generation sieve equipment. Drum sieve is mainly structured by motor, reducer, roller device, frame, cover, in and out of feed opening. It is into tilt state with the ground, external sealed isolation cover to prevent environmental pollution. Material have been isolated by screening canister form top to down through variable speed reduction system make screening cylinder in certain speed rotating, fine material got from screening canister front-end lower eduction, coarse material from screening cone lower rear eduction.
In process, it has the advantages of running slow and uniform, small vibration, smooth, simple installation, so it can be placed on the flat ground or floor or under the bin.
Structure:
Drum sieve can be equipped with clear sieve institutions which can clean the sieve continously by the relative motion between the clear sieve and screening cylinder in the process to achieve the effect of clean, unsticky, no plugging,good screen effect. According to different grading requirements, drum sieve grading series can be parted from 1-4, the material got out from the first and the last sieve, and the material which larger than the last sieve hole will out from the outer eduction. more than the material from sieve hole discharge mouth eduction. The main structure is the drum sieve tube, it is screening by several circular shape composed, the whole and sieve into ground plane, external sealed tilt state that isolation cover sealed to prevent environmental pollution. Drum sieve’s main part is screening tube which was composed by many cycle sieve,.
Working principle :
Drum sieve can be parted into five parts: hexagonal roller, frame, funnel, reducer, electromotor. When the broken stone into the tube, on one hand , it will be screened with the rotating, on the one hand, the particle big drum rake forward along the stone material of different flow, through the sieve mesh is gradually filtering out, and transported out by workers or to the products pile aumotacially .
