2. The process of Aerated Concrete:
Aerated Concrete equipment can be put into producing through different processes based on the raw materials’ type, quality, process. In general,flash ash or silica sand, slag can be grounded into paste with water, add powdered lime, cement, plaster and foam, foam stabilizing agent by mixing into the mold box, resting after curing foam, cut into variety of block or plate, keep a car from the steam to the autoclave. After the high temperature, high pressure steam curing, the porous lightweight Concrete products formed.
