ELECTOR GALVANIZED WELDED WIRE MESH
Process of cold galvanization: Cold galvanization process; the moistened welded wire mesh after removal of oil, dirt and rust is hung with negative pole of special plating tank, and zinc for positive pole, and discharges on negative pole; hence, the welded wire mesh is galvanized with a layer of zinc. The zinc layer is thin relatively, 5-30 micrometers usually. Therefore, the time of corrosion proof is short relatively.
Features of cold galvanized welded wire mesh: smooth mesh surface, even mesh sieves, firmed welding spot, good partial machining, bright color and beautiful appearance.
Applicable scope: the product is widely applied to industry, agriculture, building, transportation and mining. And it’s usually used as poultry fence, egg basket, poultry paddock, goods shelf in supermarket, drainage frame, fruit filter and others.
