Single Wire Vertical Flammability Test Apparatus (DZ-3)
1.Introduction
DZ-3 single wire vertical flammability test apparatus is designed according to IEC60332-1, GB/T18380.11, GB/T5169.14. It is adopts Bunsen burner and certain combustion gas, the fire hazard is evaluated by burning rate, after glow time, after flame time and damage length of the specimen. The test apparatus is applied to do the single wire flammability test for lighting appliance, LV appliance, household appliance, motor and etc.
2.Specification
1) Burner: Φ12mm ± 0.5mm (inner diameter) and Φ9.5mm ± 0.5mm (inner diameter) bunsen burners.
2) Burning angle: 450
3) Flame height: 20mm ± 2mm to 190 ± 1mm adjustable
4) Flame time: 0-999.9s± 0.1s adjustable
5) After flame time: 0-999.9s± 0.1s (auto record, manual control)
6) Combustion gas: 95% propane
7) Flow pressure: flowmeter and voltmeter
8) Temperature range: 0-10000C
9) Flame temperature required: heat up from 1000C±50C to 7000C±30C within the time of 45s±5s
10) Thermocouple: Φ0.5mm K type thermocouple
11) Test period: Auto control
12) Material: stainless steel
13) Working dimension: 300mm*450mm81200mm (0.16CBM)
