IPX8 continuous immersion tank is designed according to IEC60529-2001 regarding thesecond characteristic numerals 8. Waterproof test simulates the condition ofraining, which is mainly applied to electronic products, luminaire, electriccomponents, motor and house-holding appliance. The waterproof test can help tojudge the products’ performance, and provide the basis for design, improve andinspect. IP8X test is subject to the agreement between user and manufacturer,the test simulates the condition under 0 to 50m below the water.
