This machine is mostly used for producing the soft urethane foam rubber productions (density is about 10~50kg/m3). Its automatization level is high, the production is low-cost and the operation is simple. It is desirable equipment to manufacture products of foam rubber in furniture, shoes, circumference, electron, clothing and automobile industry.

Our machine is one year period. If damaged caused by non-human factor, our company will be responsible for the free repair or replacement. While damaged caused by other factors or after warranty period, we will continue to provide service with reasonable price to the customer.
2. Installation and Training
We will send the User Manual for you to study how to install and operate the machines. If you have technicians who knows well about this kind of machine, you can install it by yourself. But if not and need our technicians to your factory for installing and trainning, we can help arrange. And all the expenses including VISA, air tickets, hotels, eating etc will be born by your side.
3. Maintenance
*Clean-keep all each parts clean and greasy dirt
*Neat-Tools and accessories placed neatly
*Lubricated-Remember lubricating on time
*Safety-Observe safety operation rules
