UltraHigh Performance Concrete (UHPC) Poles is a new type of leaping product with our patented technology.Its base material is a kind of UHPC material which has ultra high strength ,high durability, good volume stability properties. The Reinforcing ribs adopt accurate positioning and anticracking process configuration,Original processing technology not only ensures excellent mechanical properties of the pole body, but also ensures good weatherability .Its abilities of corrosion resistance, cavitation resistance and abrasion resistance are far more than the traditional steel pole, tower and concrete pole ( cement pole) .With the same bending strength,UHPC pole weighs only about half of the traditional concrete pole,so it can save a lot of the costs of transportation and installation.When UHPC pole's size is the same with the traditional concrete pole's(cement poles),its carrying capacity can be improved two to three times,it can be used as angle poles without staying wire and strain power poles.In addition to direct burial or metal flange connection, the end of the concrete pole can also be poured out the flange plate directly under the special needs,bolts connect the upper with the lower sections or foundation, no other metal parts is exposed outside except for connecting bolts, anticorrosive properties is improved greatly.
