This model is a continuous dyeing machine for multi purpose and applicable for fiber, cotton, hemp, silk and thin weaving belt, etc. for example, safe belt, trolley belt, box-wrapping belt, silk belt, bound belt and bra belt, etc. It can finish the one-chain operation of multi-bar dyeing, sizing and setting.
This machine has lately-designed high-low temperature solid color-box heated up by diesel oil burner with the special designed heat energy exchanger, the temperature is 300~400, after the hot wind circulation, via the internal air-guide design, the set temperature
Inside the box is even and can be risen soon, no high-temperature effect with the belt on your driving or stopping and no damage to the weave fiber. The low-temperature dyeing, cooperating with the wetting circulation of a little steam, can achieve the stable and even temperature, enhance the penetrability of solid color and improve the color and luster and stability, compared with the same model, such model can save more than 50% energy and electric power, this design has been awarded as Chinese new-style patent: ZL200320118024.4 and Taiwan new style patent: M254461.
Operation procedure: belt-inserting→dyeing→pre-drying→box high temperature solid color box→Water-washing(reverting washing)→drying& setting→belt-delivering. Each procedure in continuous production are applied with independent motor and tension control, the speed can be regulated in accordance with thickness, blanch, color of the belt.
