QD-20YT full automatic inner and outer triangle tea bag packing machine is the latest product and with independent property rights of our company. It's a vertical packing machine for tea and similar materials.It can complete the weighing, inner bag making, material filling,sealing, And then outer bag making, inner bag in outer bag packing, sealing. Date printing for outer bag, and the finished product output.
Main characteristics:
1) Inner bag adopts ultrasound sealing，to make triangle or four-side bag.
2) Outer bag is heat sealing，serrated knife cutting,to make three or four-side sealing.
3) Outer bag can equip easy-tear.
4) 4-head electronic scale weighting，high measurement accuracy; Measuring cup equipment or screw measuring equipment can be equipped,flexible and versatile.
5) Inner and outer bag can be finished on the same machine,space and human resources saving, low much fee.
6) Green tea,black tea,flower tea,scented tea,health tea,assorted Chinese herbal tea,and other tea blended with small granule,strip quantitative packing.
7) Controlled by PLC,fast in packing,stable in running,low malfunctions rate,low energy waste.
