Mobile bitter melon seed vibratory sorter sifter equipment
The machine is the multi functional grain cleaner sorting separating dust machine which selection rate of cereal seeds is more than 95%.This machine can separate the grain seed in three grades: big size, medium size and small size .it cleans dust, leaf, light impurities in the meantime.Multifunction machine is not only owning various processing function,but also it can apply to lots of materials,such as beans, cotton seed and camellia.
Feeding the grain material by grain auger /belt conveyor/ bucket elevator into the grain cleaner inside, the light impurities can be sucked out by air blower and top axial flow fan system; After that the gravity platform will make good seed and bad seed separate by different weight; The heavy seed move to the triple screen decks while the light bad seed go back and sucked out by back air blower system.
1st procedure for impurities removing and separation: Forced by the gravity and vibration, the grain materials is forward to the 1st screening surface for sieving and grading, and the impurities is backward to the impurities outlet.
2nd procedure for grain and impurities separation: The grain particles is sieved from 1st screen surface to the 2nd surface. The hole size of screen mesh is equal to the grain particle size, in this case, the small impurities and the broken grains will be sieved to the 3rd screen surface,the refined grain particles will forward to the finished product outlet for packing or conveying to the grain depot.
3rd procedure for tiny impurities and broken grain separation: The hole size of the 3rd mesh is only for passing the tiny impurities and food debris and then to the impurities outlet. And the small grain particles will forward to the outlet for bagging.
After processed by Grain cleaning machine,grains will more clean and quality will be improved. It will be better for both next milling procedure or selling in the market, which make it becomes one of the most favorite grain cleaners in the global market.
The grain classifier has a wide application for paddy seeds, corns, wheat, sorghum, millet, rape seeds, sunflower seeds, beans, also for remove the impurities husks or the sand from the chemical particles and so on. It is widely applied in the livestock breeding, grain depot, small farm, small feed producing company, grain and cooking oil processing factory, wind plant, chemical plant and pharmaceutical factory etc.
