【Product Introduction】
JDXKM-PBT is antibacterial master batches specialized for PET, using silver ion antibacterial spinning powder as active antibacterial ingredient and superior PBT raw material as carrier, and processed by advanced dispersion technology and processing method. It is applicable for production of PET staple fiber, PET filament and PET nonwovens, etc.
It has superior particle size distribution, good dispersion, very little impact on the spinnability and dyeing property of PET.
【Product Characteristics】
1. Broad-spectrum antibacterial effect: Superior and long-lasting antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Pneumobacillus and Psudomonas aeruginosa, etc.
2. Superior spinning performance: During spinning, yarn breaking and floating seldom occur with high yield.
3. Good heat stability, high temperature resistance and no discoloration.
4. Superior compatibility and dispersion with PET, without changing the original spinning technique.
5. No toxicity, no pollution to environment, no irritation to skin, no teratogenic degeneration. It reaches the guiding standards of RoHS of European Union and applicable in food contact products.

【How to use】
1. The suggested adding rate is 4.0-4.5% of fiber weight, but it can also be adjusted as per specific demand.
2. Before using, dry the masterbatch constantly for 2 to 4 hours in blast or vacuum oven at 80℃. After the even mixture with PET chip, produce PET yarn as the original production process or adjust when necessary.
【Packing and Storage】
Packed by aluminum foil bag, 25kgs/bag.
It should be stored in dark and ventilated place at normal temperature, avoiding of high temperature, damp and water.
