Product Introduction
Silver Ion antibacterial material has the incomparable advantage of broad-spectrum, long-acting, non-toxic and non-residual effect. Therefore, Jinda Nano Tech developed this silver ion antibacterial plastic master batches using silver ion antibacterial powder as active antibacterial ingredient and superior plastic raw material as carrier, and processing by advanced dispersion technology and processing method. It raises the dispersion effect of silver ion antibacterial agent in plastics, and can be directly added to general plastics and engineering plastics of PS, ABS, EVA, PE and PP.
The content of antibacterial powder is 20% which can also be customized by specific demand. It has superior modification effect on the resin base material, but not affecting the mechanical property of plastics.
Product Characteristics
1. Appearance: smooth surface, uniform size, no color difference and no obvious impurities.
2. Cleanness: Impure particle (other color mineral of Dia. 0.2mm to 1mm) is less than 10ea/100g.
3. Broad-spectrum and long-acting antibacterial effect.
4. Uniform dispersion: After adding antibacterial master batches, the plastic products do not show any macroscopic solid grain.
5. Good heat stability, high temperature resistance and no discoloration.
6. Superior compatibility and dispersion, without changing the original spinning technique.
7. Antibacterial performance: The 24-hour antibacterial rate of the plastic products adding specific proportion of antibacterial master batches reaches international, state and industry standards.
8. Toxicity to human body: No harm to body, no pollution to environment, no irritation to skin, no teratogenic degeneration after authorized test. It reaches the guiding standards of RoHS of European Union.
Range of Applications
Applicable in antibacterial functional plastics of PS, ABS, EVA, PE and PP for home appliances. communication equipment, medical supplies, sanitary ware, daily necessities, children toys, shoes, packing materials and films, etc.
How to use
1. Before using, dry the master batches constantly for 2 to 4 hours in blast or vacuum oven at 80℃.
2. The production condition can be referred by that for certain plastics.
3. The suggested adding rate is as below, but can also be customized by specific request:
JDSKM-PS 5% to 6% by weight
JDSKM-ABS 5% to 6% by weight
JDSKM-EVA 5% to 6% by weight
JDSKM-PE 5% to 6% by weight
JDSKM-PP 4% to 5% by weight
Packing and Storage
Packed by aluminum foil bag, 25kgs/bag.
It should be stored in dark and ventilated place at normal temperature, avoiding of high temperature, damp and water.
