JDSKN-PE/PP is high polymer transparent antibacterial & antimildew master batches specialized for PP and PE plastics, using superior PE/PP base material processed by special technology and processing method.

It has the advantage of high efficiency, long effect, low cost and convenient usage over the conventional chemical and physical sterilizing method.

This has little impact on the color and transparency of the plastics, matching the demand of transparency for bacterial and mildew proof plastic products.

【How to use】

1.     Before using, dry the master batches constantly for 2 to 4 hours in blast or vacuum oven at 80℃.

2.     Add the dried master batches into the raw material by 3-4% by weight, then mix evenly and produce as original production method or adjust if necessary.

【Packing and Storage】

Packed by aluminum foil bag, 25kgs/bag.

It should be stored in dark and ventilated place at normal temperature, avoiding of high temperature, damp and water.
