【Product Introduction】
JDTKS-008 is a type of superior organic antibacterial & antimildew agent with strong inhabitation effect on bacterium and fungi causing no drug resistance. It is easy to use, not flammable, and high temperature resisting, plus the dispersing temperature is over 230℃ which is incomparable.
It suits processing temperature of all kinds of plastics, especially those require high temperature, therefore widely used in ABS, PVE, PC, PET and PE, etc. This has little impact on the color and transparency of the plastics, matching the demand of transparency for bacterial and mildew proof plastic products.
【Product Characteristics】
1. Broad-spectrum and efficient antibacterial effect: Strong restraining performance on fungi, mildew and bacterium such as Escherchia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, etc.
2. Uniform dispersion: It is oily liquid, thus easy to mix.
3. Low toxicity: No VOC and naturally degraded to harmless outcome.
4. High temperature resistance: Resolving temperature＞230℃, suitable for the production of most plastics.
5. Good stability: Very good heat stability. Not burning. Stable under strong UV and acid rain.
【How to use】
1. Can be added along with plasticizer and auxiliary.
2. The suggested volume is 0.1% to 0.2%, subject to the material and its processing method.
【Attention】
1. This is II type corrosive chemical. Please wear goggle and protecting glove. If splashing to skin, wash immediately with clear water.
2. Packing and Storage by plastic bucket at 10℃ to 40℃. Do not store in metal container without liner.
3. It is suitable for medium at PH2.5-9.5 and avoiding mixture of sulfide.
