【How to use】
1. The standard formula:
Fabric Type | Usage Amount | Usage Method |
Polyester | 10~30g/l | Immerse and mangle by 40~90%, dry & heat at 160-180 ℃ for 30 sec to 2 min. |
Nylon | 10~30g/l | |
Cotton | 30~50g/l | Immerse and mangle by 40~70%, dry & heat at 150-160 ℃ for 2 - 4 min. |
Polyester / Cotton Blend | 20~40g/l |
2. Formula for durability of polyester and nylon:
JDFSS-001 | 20~50g/l |
Melamine resin | 3~6g/l |
Enhancers | 1~3g/l |
Immerse and mangle by 40~70%, dry & heat treatment at 160-180 ℃ for 1 - 2 min. | |
3. Formula for cotton and cotton & polyester blend:
JDFSS-001 | 40~80g/l |
Blocked isocyanates | 10~20g/l |
Immerse and mangle by 40%, dry at 100-120 ℃ for 1 - 2 min, heat at 150-160 ℃ for 1 - 3 min. | |
