1. Application:
Needle Flame tester is designed and manufacture according to IEC60695-11-5, GB/T5169.5-2008, GB4706.1-2005 and other similar international standards. It's mainly used to measure the fire hazard of electro electric equipments and accessories when they are in fault situation.
With predetermined size (Φ 0.9 mm) needle burner, in 45° Angle burning product, measure the fire risk by product light-off or hold burning time.
Used for lighting, low voltage electric appliance, household appliances, electric machine, motor, electric tools, electronic instrument, electrical instrument, electrical connector such as electrical and electronic equipment and parts, components of research, production and quality inspection department, also suitable for insulation materials, engineering plastics.
Main products include: Glow wire tester, Needle flame tester, horizontal and vertical burning tester, tracking tester, textile burning tester, protective clothing thermal conductivity tester, automotive interior combustion tester, melt dripping tester, building materials flammability tester, friction tester, test finger, spring hammer, universal testing machine and other testing instruments.
