The advantages of JQ-YAG-500W metal laser cutting machine
The product adopts YAG solid-state laser optical system. The optical mode is scientific and stable. Anyway, the cut kerfs are very small and precision.
- It adopts dual rails positioning system and ball screw driven system. The machine has the advantages of fast speed, high precision, moving smoothly, dynamic performance and long life.
- X-axis and Y-axis are both equipped with limited switches that used to prevent the crash caused by the over travel. Anyway, there are polyurethane anti-collision blocks on the machine in case of the failure of the limited switches. The limited switches and the blocks guaranteed the operating security.
- With the automatic programming system, the graphic files can be changed into job program directly.
- This equipment adopts mechanical following cutting head. Make use of the photoelectric autofcous, adjusting the focus distance, raising to process the precise degree, keeping the material surface from row wound/ damage,
