Objective: to preparation specific thickness of the membrane
Material:Stainless Steel/twine stainless steel wire . Smaller model number Notes:stainless steel wire will thinner
Operation Detailed:
First prepare appropriate size substrate used for proofing
Fixed proofing substrate.
Choose the appropriate type of wire rod, put in drafting substrate side edge.
Used for proofing coating or light oil in the wire rod below about 1 cm. (dosage please make your own master)
Use both hands holding the line bar at both ends, with constant speed and pressure line bar pulled to operating personnel own direction, please note in the operating process don't turn wire rod.
AfterProofing, the wire rod in the appropriate solvent inside cleaning, cloth is wiped dry. Please note that should make wire rod often keep in a dry state.
