Lab Equipment Cross Hatch Cutter tester BGD502/3
502 series cross hatch cutter is manufactured according to ISO2409-1992 standard design, conforms with the requirements of GB/T9286-98,BS 3900 E6/ASTM D3359. For uniformly marking out a certain size of the lattice, through the evaluation of the coating complete degree to assess coating substrate adhesion degree, expressed as a "level". It is mainly used for the determination of organic coating cross cut test for adhesion, not only suitable for laboratory, also can be applied to various conditions of the construction site. This tester has two kinds of specifications of the multi-blade cutting knife (1 mm, 2 mm), according to the selection of different test conditions.
1mm blade spacing multi-blade cutting knife is suitable for film thickness <60 um hard substrate specimens
2mm blade spacing multi-blade cutting knife is suitable for film thickness 60~120um soft substrate specimens (wood/ plastic)
3mm blade spacing multi-blade cutting knife is suitable for film thickness >120um hard substrate specimens.
1.Six working side blades(3mm for four sides):When the blade edge is not sharp enough, users can loosen the boat type nut and top thrust screw to rotate it to achieve a new blade.
2.Multi-cutting blades spacing: 1mm/2mm/3mm
3. The number of square: 25 squares/100 squares
4. The blade tip diameter: <0.03mm/ <0.06mm
5. Standard configuration: one cross hatch cutter; a roll of 3M (600 type) adhesive tape; a writing brush made of wolf's hair; a magnifying glass; a carrying case.
