AARON Scraping Ink Color Bar
Designed according GB/T 1727-92, with different diameter stainless steel wire wound on a certain diameter and length of stainless steel bars, make use of a gap between wires to produce different thickness of film.
Scratch color bar is designed for printing ink color proofing design, widely used in printing ink production, carton printing, flexographic printing and other industries.
Coated the liquid coating on all kinds of base material, the scratch color bar can make a repeatability color sample, which has the function of simulating printing presses effect. It is the necessary tools of matching colors, mix ink and test the water-based ink’s printing performance and color depth, as well as the necessary tools of detecting colors for all printing factories.
Purpose: Coating the stipulated width of the wet film,to test the covering power, colorof the test sample.
Usage: Fix the model on the platform, choose the scrape bar according to the thickness of wet film you need, placed on a predetermined position of the model, and then put the color in front of the scraper, hands holding the handle at the speed of 150mm / sec uniform slide, then applied to a wet film thickness required. Afteruse dry with a solvent wash.
