OSP scraping ink bar is mainly used in ultrathin film coating,able to coat 0μm-150μm thickness wet film,Advanced stainless steel extrusion processing technology and easy to clean.It is quite popular among the user in the industrial of anti-corrosion coatings,automobile coatings, waterproof coatings,additives,plastic film,daily chemical, electrochemical,etc.Ultra-thin coating rod OPS1.5μm is the thinnest scraping ink bar at present(Except the smooth shaving bar:OSP0μm).This model is your first choice if you need to coat a Ultra-thin wet film.
There are 3 kinds of length for choice, 60mm,250mm and 400mm.Among that 60mm length is the the short type scraping ink bar.It solves the problem of some users’demand for small coated width,to save cost and reduce waste.400mm length OPS scraping ink bar has 50mm length grab handle at both ends. 250mm and 60mm length do not have grab handle,user can additional purchase the handle to use cooperatively if necessary.
Traditional wire bar coating machine is twining steel wire on the surface of the steel bar for coating , the thin wire on surface is easily getting loose and broken, and not easy to clean, also cannot be ultrathin membrane coating.
