Double Groove Grindometer
The grind is designed according to standards promulgated by the Ministry of Chemical paint testing methods, grind assays GB / T1724-93 regulations, can be used to test the fineness of colored paint and paint the inner pulp pigments, fillers and magazines particles in microns. Used in colored paints and related products for particle fineness. There are two types: single groove and double groove.
1.Scarper blade outside dimensions: L175mm*W65mm*T13mm
2.Effective grinding groove: L140mm*W13mm
3.Scarper sice: L90mm*W40mm*T6mm

(2) Scarper accuracy: Blade linear tolerance 2μm, surface roughness Ra0.4
When using, firstly, wash scraper blade with gasoline, and wipe dry with a cotton cloth, then wipe again with buckskin. Using a glass rod dipped in the paint (product standards in line with the provisions of consistency) to be measured on a paint scraper dropped oblique the deepest trough, the amount dropped to the chute can be filled with little more than the right amount for the degree and then to hand thumb, forefinger and middle finger to tap the upper scraper blade, the blade makes contact with the blade edges vertical surface, the depths of the chute shallow to pull off, and immediately (within 5 seconds) to observe the groove particles uniformly exposed at the tick, the value that is the fineness of the paint pigment particles.
Notes:
1.The front of scraper blade can be used as routine testing of straightness.
2. Clean the scraper after using , anti-rust oil coating save into the box.
3.The scraper blade front edge and cutting edge are not allowed to bump.
4. Each Fineness gauge configurations: a scraper, two blades.
