MYG320  label hot stamping & die cutting machine 

is designed by ourselves with the CAD technology. It is advanced in the world.

This machine draws paper using interactive servo system, with device that can vacuum and 

twice sensor registration. This machine can finish working procedure continuum, the working 

procedure is unwinding→ hot stamping(hologram register stamping)→laminating → die-cutting →stripping → rewinding .This machine can be used for label hot stamping & die-cutting of paper, self-adhesive, foil, PVC, PET, terylene, diaphragm, laser diaphragm.

1. Electric system is designed with new digital interactive interface.

2. Speed regulating uses AC transducer and optimizing power configuration.

3. Draw paper uses servo system. The register precision is ±0.15mm. Register time is shorter 

    and easy to be operated.

4. Equipped with twice sensor registration, precision is ±0.15mm.

5. With advanced automatic control system, If there is no material, the machine will stop 

    automatically. It can also stop at the preset figure of counter.

6. Electric heating uses PID automatic temperature controller, the digital panel can show actual 

    temperature.

7. Hot stamping foils draw by high power stepping motor, foil unwind and rewinding are controlled 

    precisely. Feeding skip range is 0- 99 times. It can also be used for multi-plate stamping.

8. The machine equips imported hologram register sensor and with full computerized control,

     and it has realizing accurate hologram register stamping function. Precision is ±0.20mm.
