The secret of the surface area of the Japanese Mat lies in the surface of the individual fibres. We especially ‘frost’ the surface of the coarse PET fibres to facilitate the nesting of the individual bacteria. The high porosity binder we use gives additional surface to increase the nitrification process. The rigid and durable structure makes the Japanese filter mat easy to clean and easy to cut and fit. The absence of chlorine
and other toxic substances creates optimal microclimate for bacteria, making our solution the best mat for your pond.
1.Our filter mat is made of twisted PET fibre and special water resistant water.
2.Standard size is 200x100x3cm and200x100 3.8cm.Customized order is also possible.
3.specific surface area 300m2/m3.
4.Four colors are possible, sky blue, green, pure blue and standard color
5.Re:packing,first the filter mat is covered by water proof paper,then it's packed in plastic film.Usually one pakage 10 pcs.
