GD-0613A Automatic Breaking Point Tester

Introduction:

1.  The instrument is designed and made as per T0624-2011 “Test of Asphalt Tenacity” in the Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China JTG E20-2011 Standard Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering. 

2. It is also used to design as per Petr℃hemical Industry Standard SH/T 0735-2003“Test Method for Asphalt Tenacity”. It is suitable to determine the tenacity under specified conditions and evaluate the effect of asphalt adding modification agent.
 

 

1. This instrument is used to determine the temperature which a bitumen tends to break rather to flow when cooled and stressed as per standards GB/T 4510 and JTG E20-2011. 

2.  It can do three tests at the same time in the same environment and calculate the average value. The cooling rate is controlled by computer.
 

I. Features:

1. It is controlled by micro computer. The cooling rate is controlled automatically. 

2.It automatically timing to bend samples. The test data is shown on the colored LCD and outputted by built-in printer.
