2012 CN Impact Knapping Crushing Machine
Application of Knapping Machine
Crushing Machine, a type of impact crusher is widely used in secondary crushing in hydropower, highway, artificial aggregate, crushing industries etc. It is applied to crushing materials whose length of side is less than 500mm and the compression strength is less than 350 MPa. The discharging size can be adjusted by regulating the clearance between hammer head, impact plate and balanced parts.
Working Principle of Knapping Machine
Impact crusher 's electric motor drive the rotor to high speed, when the material was fed to the crushing chamber from feed inlet, the material will be struck by the plate hammer on the rotor, then will be thrown to the impact plates, after struck repeatedly, the final products will be discharged from the crusher.
Advantages of Knapping Machine
1. Big feeding opening, high crushing cavity, used for crushing high hardness and large lump material, producing less product powder.
2. Adjustable clearance between impact plate and board hammer can effectively control the discharging size and particle shape of products.
3. With compact structure, high rigidity, rotor with big moment of inertia.
