1. Profile
GHPOF-L5R2500 Five Layer Co-extrusion POF Heat-Shrinkable Film Blowing Machine is a line to process heat-shrinkable film in two blowing steps, developed by Guanghua Machinery itself with assimilation of leading technology from overseas. It adopts technology controlled integrated in PLC and HMI, five layers coextruded from a stacked die head, heated through a tube oven with ceramic plates, temperature and tension auto controlled, swiveling hauled-off down. This machine is a good equipment to make POF heat-shrinkable film of construction PP/PE/PE/PE/PP.
Polyolefin (POF) heat-shrinkable film is one kind of multi-layer (inner and outer layers are PP and middle layers are LLDPE) plastic film, coextruded by five extruders, formed in a die, processed through two steps of blowing inflation.
POF film has good heat-shrinkable characteristic, mainly used to pack regular or irregular articles consumption such as automobile article, plastic product, stationery, book, breadboard, MP3, VCD, art, wood craftworks as picture frame, toy or doll, insecticide, household wares, foodstuffs, cosmetic, canned & bottled beverage, dairy products, pharmaceuticals and cassette tape, etc.
