1. Introduction
Polyolefin (POF) heat-shrinkable film is one kind of multi-layer (inside and outside layer made from PP and mid-layer from LLDPE) plastic film, coextruded by three extruders, shaped in a die, processed thro two steps of blowing inflation.
POF film has good heat-shrinkable characteristic, mainly used to pack regular or irregular articles consumption such as automobile article, plastic product, stationery, book, breadboard, NP3, VCD, art, wood craftworks as picture frame, toy or doll, insecticide, household wares, foodstuffs, cosmetic, canned & bottled beverage, dairy products, pharmaceuticals and cassette tape, etc.
GHFB-45/75/45-1800 Three Layer Co-extrusion POF Heat-Shrinkable Film Blowing Machine is a line to process heat-shrinkable film in two blowing steps, developed by Guanghua Machinery itself with assimilation of leading technology from overseas. It adopts technology controlled integrated in PLC and HMI, three layer coextruded from a helical die head, heated through a tube oven with ceramic plates, temperature and tension auto controlled, swiveling hauled-off down. This machine is a perfect equipment to make POF heat-shrinkable film of construction PP/PE/PP.
