Two vacuum tank distillation for transfomer oil purification device is double stages vacuum oil purification system, comparing single stage vacuum oil purifier, besides vacuum pump, ZYD machine installs roots pump vacuum system which speed up evacuation much faster. The double stage vacuum transformer oil purifier adopts advanced two horizontal vacuum chambers which has large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique and remove water, gas, solids much quickly and completely. After purification by ZYD transformer oil purifier, the oil breakdown voltage can reach up to 75KV.

 In the transformer project, dielectric strength and dry of transformer oil is most important. For keeping transformer oil absolutely clean and drying, our company develop ZYD high vacuum transformer oil purification machine, it uses two stages vacuum dehydration and degasification system. We also install three stage filtering system for removing particles well. ZYD high vacuum transformer oil purification machine is widely used in electric power, transforming electricity industry, metallurgy, chemical engineering, traffic, railway and others project.
