Angle bar steel towers refer to tower & mast structure make of angle steels with bracing angle steel or other components. It can be classified as four-leg angle bar steel tower, triangular angle bar steel tower, guyed angle bar towers. All these can be used in power transmission line project and telecom industry. Angle bar steel towers are either 3 or 4 Legged angular self-supporting towers. Angle bar steel towers are generally constructed with various angle sizes for heights ranging from 15 m to 200 m.
Transmission Tower structures can be classified by the way in which they support the line conductors. Suspension structures support the conductor vertically using suspension insulators. Strain structures resist net tension in the conductors and the conductors attach to the structure through strain insulators. Dead-end structures support the full weight of the conductor and also all the tension in it, and also use strain insulators.
In telecom tower, angle bar steel tower often as main supports to stand heavier accessories and over-loadings. These structures are engineered and fabricated to accommodate heavy duty loading imposed by the attachment of microwave dishes and the mounting of sector antennas. Besides these, the towers are formulated to house a variety of accessories which include platforms, antenna bracket, lighting system, Climbing Ladder, Safety Cage, Cable Ladder, Utility Mounted Poles and etc.
MEGATRO fabricates every type of angle bar steel towers by angle iron cross members. Structures can reach heights up to 200 meter. MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of every tower section. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.
After fabrication all angle bar steel towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
MEGATRO angle bar steel towers systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arm, ladder, platform or other accessories as per clients requirements. MEGATRO also offers a wide variety of accessories and mounts.
