We are specializing in exporting colored floral foam, floral foam machine,
technology and chemical materials for making floral foam .
Phenolic resin for flower foam synthesis technology is introduced:
Product Purpose: Wet Floral foam, Dry Floral Foam.
Product Feature:
1. Our company adopts solid paraformaldehyde synthesis technology, solve the sewage problem and
environment protection, etc.
2. Using electric heating and physical reaction combined with automatic temperature control system,
improve the production efficiency, reduces the resin to produce cost, synthetic resin equipment combined
with automatic foaming machine, let the stability of the foam(density, strength, water absorption, water
retention, PH) come true, and let the foam open porosity rate can reach more than 95%. New technology of
the production cost was reduced by 15% than old technology.
3. The whole production line includes resin synthesis equipment, floral foam machine, vertical cutting
machine and printing machine, etc.
1.Electrical heating reaction vessel
Using electric heating and physical reaction combined with automatic temperature control system,and
combined with the latest resin synthesis technology, thus eliminated the boiler, condenser, buffer tank and
silencer, and also realize no wastewater discharge, and overcame because of manual temperature control
and manual operation caused by the resin quality unstable.
2.Two Component Floral Foaming Automatic Machine
Product Feature:
1. Main unit: Material injection by a precision needle valve, which is taper sealed, never worn, and never clogged; the mixing head
produces complete material stirring; precise metering (by a precision metering pump); single button operation for convenient
operation; switching to a different density or color at any time.
2. Control : Microcomputer PLC control; TIAN electrical components exclusively imported to achieve the goal for automatic,
accurate and reliable control can be imputed with more than 500 working position data; pressure, temperature and rotation rate
digital tracking and display and automatic control; abnormity or fault alarm devices. Import converter (PLC) can control eight different product ratio.
