Automatic production line of fresh floral foam

Product features:
1.Our company adopts solid para-formaldehyde synthesis technology, solving the problem of waste-water discharge, environment protection, etc.
2.The automatic temperature control system combines electric heating and physical reaction, which improves the production efficiency, reduces the resin production cost. Synthetic resin equipment combined with automatic foaming machine make the stability of the foam (Density. Strength, water absorption, water retention, PH) come true, and make the foam open porosity rate reach more than 95%. The production cost of new technology is reduced by 15% than old technology.
3. A full automatic producing line contains resin synthesis equipment (electric heating reaction still, controller cabinet, storage tank), foaming machine, foaming mould, cutting machine, horizontal pushing printing machine, cutting mould and related pumps and accessories.

Introduction
1) Function:
    The reaction still is used for synthetic resin. core raw material is para-formaldehyde and phenol.
2) Material:
    The inside wall of reaction still is 304 stainless steel, the outside wall of the reaction still is carbon steel. the volume is 1000L
3) For standard configuration, we have one reaction still and one storage tank, the dimension is 2*4*3m, total weight is 1.9T.
4) Both the still and storage tank has one motor and one reducer, the power capacity is 5.5KW.
5) Either the still or the storage tank has four heater at the bottom of the tank, the power capacity is 4KW for each heater.
6) The phenol should be dissolved in advance before pumped to the reaction still, normally it used 4 hours to dissolve one tank of phenol, the range of the temperature is 20-80 degree.
7). After the phenol dissolved well, it should be fed to the reaction still through vacuum pump, the power of the vacuum pump is 5.5KW.
8). Features:
Environmental protection: no sewage,no waste emissions.
9). Efficient:
1000L reactor can produce 700 kg resin, production time is around 4 hours.
After the phenol resin produced in the reaction still, it can be put to the storage tank or to the  A tank of the foaming machine directly by resin pump.

2. Foaming system

     Main equipment: foaming machine + foaming mould
     Main Raw material: silicone oil + JFC-M + Methyl green + others

Foaming machine

     1) Foaming machine contains A Tank and B Tank.
    2) A Tank is made by 304 stainless steel and carbon steel, the volume is 800L.
         B Tank is made by PP and carbon steel, the volume is 400L.
   3) Controlled by micro-computer PLC, TIAN electric components exclusively imported to achieve the goal for automatic,    accurate and reliable control.
   4) Energy saving, high efficiency, environmental protection equipment, PLC control

Foaming Mould

1)the mold specifications: 2 cubic (can be customized according to customer's requirements)
2)one mold specifications: inner diameter 130CM * 110C M* 140C M, this is for 22.5*10.5*7.5cm floral foam brick.
3)It makes floral foam shaped constantly with uniform density and enjoys little waste.


4)automatic constant temperature setting, time control systems.
5)the power rating: 3 kw/ mould
6)Capacity: 24cartons/mould/time for 20pcs of 23*11*8mm standard floral foam/carton.
7)The dimension of the mould can be made under your requirement.

3. Cutting machine

       Equipment:Vertical cutting machine, Horizontal cutting machine, Horizontal pushing printing machine, cutting mould

CNC horizontal cutting machine

Description:This equipment is CNC automatic operation, and the vertical cutting machine the staff work together, a woman can operation, ability to work in accordance with the eight hours can cut 2000-2200-8 cm specification foam box bubble.
(1) 8 cm foam cutting specifications;
(2) after the installation equipment specification: 5M * 3.3M * 2.5M 
(3) the total rated power: 3KW
(4) Steel blade: 8080mm/8460mm*25mm*0.5-0.56mm 

Vertical cutting machine

Description:
(1)used for cutting the surface of the floral foam

We have different configuration according to your factory scale.
1) one unit of reaction still + one unit of storage tank + foaming machine +cutting machine + related accessories. (Standard configuration)
2) one unit of reaction still without storage tank + foaming machine +cutting machine + related accessories.
3) two unit of reaction stills and/or one or two unit of storage tank + foaming machine +cutting machine + related accessories.

3.What about the required area for producing floral foam for install the whole standard configuration production line?
The whole set of production line need 600 square meters area at least, a certain area of storage room is necessary according to your producing capacity.

4.What about your lead time?
Normally 40days is enough for one set of standard configuration production line.

5.What about the packing and shipping?
Sea worthy package, for one standard configuration, 2*40’HQ is needed.

6.Do you provide a technical train service if we buy your production line?
Yes, before the equipment factory delivery, you can send your technical staff come over to our factory to learn operation method until he think it is ok for operation.
