The floral foam automatic production line
Characteristics of new technology:
1. Our company adopts solid paraformaldehyde synthesis technology, solving the problems of wastewater discharge, environment protection, etc.
2. The automatic temperature control system combines electric heating and physical reaction, which improves the production efficiency, reduces the resin production cost. Synthetic resin equipment combined with automatic foaming machine let the stability of the foam(density, strength, water absorption, water retention, PH) come true, and let the foam open porosity rate can reach more than 95%. New technology of the production cost was reduced by 15% than old technology.
3. The whole production line includes resin synthesis equipment, floral foam auto-machine, foaming mould, vertical cutting machine and printing machine, etc.
1.Electrical heating reaction vessel
Characteristics:
(1) The automatic temperature control system combines electrical heating and physical reaction heating, with the latest resin synthesis technology ( solid formaldehyde), so it never needs boiler, condenser, buffer, silencer and other devices and doesn’t produce wastewater. With this equipment, it can help reduce production cost, save space and reduce pollution.
(2) With automatic temperature control system, it can overcome the problem of inconsistent quality of resin caused by manual temperature control system and human operation.
2. Automatic foaming machine
Characteristics:
(1) Main unit: Material injection by a precision needle valve, which is taper sealed, never worn, and never clogged; the mixing head produces complete material stirring; precise metering (by a precision metering pump); single button for convenient operation; switching to a different density or color at any time.
(2) Control: Microcomputer PLC control; TIAN electrical components exclusively imported to achieve the goal for automatic, accurate and reliable control. It can be imputed with more than 500 working position data; equipped with pressure, temperature and rotation rate digital tracking and display automatic control device and abnormity or fault alarm devices. Imported converter (PLC) can control eight different product ratio at the same time.
(3) The whole foaming process is controlled by computer, so material temperature, weight of material and input time are accurate. The materials can be mixed evenly in a moment and injected into the mould in seconds with the opening ratio over 90%.
3. Foaming mould:
(1)Using automatic electrical heating temperature control system, make floral foam heated evenly, temperature is consistent.
(2)And the shape is square with even density. It won't produce any waste and also reduce the cost.
4.Cutting machine
Layout of equipment: one vertical cutting machine, one numerical control horizontal cutting machine
Characteristics:
Controlled by computer, it enjoys high efficiency and low production cost.
