1-1.Electric heating reaction still
1) Function:
The reaction still is used for synthetic resin. core raw material is para-formaldehyde and phenol.
2) Material:

The inside wall of reaction still is 304 stainless steel, the outside wall of the reaction still is carbon steel. the volume is 1000L
3) For standard configuration, we have one reaction still and one storage tank, the dimension is 2*4*3m, total weight is 1.9T.
4) Both the still and storage tank has one motor and one reducer, the power capacity is 5.5KW.
5) Either the still or the storage tank has four heater at the bottom of the tank, the power capacity is 4KW for each heater.
6) The phenol should be dissolved in advance before pumped to the reaction still, normally it used 4 hours to dissolve one tank of phenol, the range of the temperature is 20-80 degree.
7). After the phenol dissolved well, it should be fed to the reaction still through vacuum pump, the power of the vacuum pump is 5.5KW.
8). Features:Environmental protection: no sewage,no waste emissions.
9). Efficient: 1000L reactor can produce 700 kg resin, production time is around 4 hours.
1-2.Storage tank
    After the phenol resin produced in the reaction still, it can be put to the storage tank or to the  A tank of the foaming machine directly by resin pump.
1). the power of the resin tank is 1.5KW.
2) Foaming system
Main equipment: foaming machine + foaming mould
Main Raw material: silicone oil + JFC-M + Methyl green + others

1)the mold specifications: 2 cubic (can be customized according to customer's requirements)
2)one mold specifications: inner diameter 130CM * 110C M* 140C M, this is for 22.5*10.5*7.5cm floral foam brick. 
3)It makes floral foam shaped constantly with uniform density and enjoys little waste.
4)automatic constant temperature setting, time control systems.
5)the power rating: 3 kw/ mould
6)Capacity: 24cartons/mould/time for 20pcs of 23*11*8mm standard floral foam/carton.
7)The dimension of the mould can be made by your requirement.

This equipment is CNC automatic operation, and the vertical cutting machine the staff work together, a woman can operation, ability to work in accordance with the eight hours can cut 2000-2200-8 cm specification foam box bubble.
