 (1) Electrical heating reaction vessel

Product Purpose:  It is used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food, scientific research

 and other industries, used to complete the sulfide, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation process, as well as many organic dyes and intermediates, such as process equipment.

 Product features:

 1. Principle: the principle of electrical heating reaction kettle is to insert electric heater in the jacketed heat 

 conductionoil, using conduction oil as heating medium of a kettle, make the material inside the kettle react. Reaction pot consists of pot, stainless steel tube body, jacket, mixer, shaft sealing device and bearing. The shaft sealing device is divided into packing seal and mechanical seal.

 2. Characteristics:

 1) can customize anchor type wheel, impeller, pan, pusher, or box type mixing form, as well as the mixing of 

different combinations.

 2) can customize various kinds of heat exchanger, including jacket, coil, electric heating, steam heating, heat

  conduction oil heating.

 3) optional explosionproof performance, sealing performance, positive pressure and negative pressure in various configurations.

(2)Product Name: HY-803 Two Component Floral Foaming Machine  

Product Purpose: Floral foam, foam mattresses, sofa cushions etc.

Product Feature:

1.Main unit: Material injection by a precision needle valve, which is taper sealed, never worn, and never clogged; 

the mixing head produces complete material stirring; precise metering (by a precision metering pump); single 

button operation for convenient operation; switching to a different density or color at any time.

2.Control : Microcomputer PLC control; TIAN electrical components exclusively imported to achieve the goal for

 automatic, accurate and reliable control can be imputed with more than 500 working position data; pressure, 

temperature and rotation rate digital tracking and display and automatic control; abnormity or fault alarm 

devices. Import converter (PLC) can control eight different product ratio.

(3)Foaming mould

Product Purpose: Floral foam etc.

Product Feature:

Using automatic electrical heating temperature control system, make floral foam heated evenly, temperature is

 consistent. And make floral foam forming rules, uniform density, hardly any waste generated.

 Product features: computer control, simple operation. Equipped with suction machine, greatly reduces the

 floral foam powder pollution, make working environment more healthy.
