300KW 350RPM PERMANENT MAGNET GENERATOR
1. The PM generators range from 50w to 500kw for both vertical and horizontal wind turbines, and outer rotator type is also provided featured with extremely low start torque.
2. The PM generators adopt optimum pole slot configuration, and shortened magnet circuit and the pitch of stator winding, able to reduce material consumption by 15%, thus compact size and light weight.
3. The start torque is lowered by 40% than national standard, and the overall efficiency increased by 10%.
4. In order to improve the wind utilization rate, a new kind of PMG with low frequency and high efficiency is developed; the speed of voltage buildup is lower with better performance in gentle breeze.
5. The stator and rotor are made of high grade cold rolling silicon sheet, and the stator windings are wound with enamel-cover round copper wire, 180℃winding temperature class and F insulation grade.
6. The PM generators are made of high quality 40SH,42SH,40UH rare-earth NdFeB(Neodymium Iron Boron), and inlaid process for the fastness of magnet steel of rotor, strong adhesives splicing , epoxy resin encapsulating.
7. Adopt fully-enclosed SKF or C&U bearings, and 40Cr steel shaft with quenching and tempering treatment, and the outer frame is Zinc plated with anti-corrosion treatment.
