Vacuum Dryers
Vacuum drying equipments consist of the systems of refrigeration, vacuum pumps and heating as well as electrical control instruments with the main components as oven, condenser, refrigeration unit, vacuum pumps, heating/cooling devices. Its working principle is to freeze the dried items to the temperature below the three-phase point, and then to make sublimated the solid water into water vapor under vacuum condition, thereby the water is eliminated from the items that get complete dry.
The vacuum drying equipments adopt highly efficient radiation heating and make even heat to the items. Equipped with efficient cold-water trap, they enable themselves to realize quick defrost. High vacuum condition produced by vacuum pump unit makes oil water separation come true. Parallel centralized cooling system adopted makes possible the cooling supply of multi-channels with advantages of high stability and energy-saving. Artificial intelligence control system brings about precise control and simple minipulation.
