Specialized coating equipment for EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interference) film coating
It is a specialized thermal evaporation and sputtering machine used to coat electromagnetic shielding (EMI) film on the surface of plastic shell of mobile phones, laptop, notebook computers, telephones, DVD and other electronic products. Adopting plasma surface treatment technology, combined with the deposition technology of thermal evaporation and magnetron sputtering coating process, the specialized coating machine deposits Ag , Cu by thermal evaporation and Ni, Cr and SUS by magnetron sputtering, enabling to achieve different resistance requirements of EMI film.

1), Horizontal, vertical structure, can achieve single-sided coating at the same time;
2), High efficiency with fast deposition velocity;
3), Modular design with advantages of easy maintenance;
4), With mayire coating technique and high yield;
5), DC magnetron sputtering cathode can be selected as per customer’s requirements;
6), Vacuum pump unit consists of mechanical pumps, Roots pump and diffuser pumps;
