Multi-functional MF Cathodic Arc PVD Coater

The multi-functional cathodic arc PVD coater is mainly applicable to the deposition of various metal films, allyed filmscompound films, super-hard films of strong wear-resistance, anti-corrosion films as well as decorative films such as golden, silver, black,red, blue, green and other color films.
Combined with magnetron sputtering technology it can be available to coat multi-layer composite films. It is applicable to PVD deposition on hardware, glass handicrafts, ceramic and crafts, such as watches, mobile phone metal shell, sanitary ware, mold, electronic products, crystal glass, glasses frames, tableware, knives and so on.
In recent years, cathodic arc deposition technology has been greatly developping from the original single arc source to the present application of cathodic arc column, large plane cathodic arc and so on. With the combination of MF magnetron sputtering deposition technology, it has more extensive application of a wider use, such as the application in hard film coating and coating on more smooth and fine surface of substrates.
