- Product Description
1.This machine is a new generation of mechanical drive spindle drill developed to improve efficiency, lower cost and reduce accidents in the hole on the basis of current spindle drills. It can make diamond wire-line core drilling, mineral core drilling. Besides, it can be applied for drilling in engineering geology, water discharge tunnel, foundation engineering exploration etc.
2. The drilling machine has a larger diameter with vertical shaft through hole and a longer feeding travel, it is equipped with a top and bottom chuck and round slip, which makes the drilling does not need to stop machine, does not need to take out the drilling stem from holes,. The leaning tower that is equipped with the drilling machine makes it be available the drilling in various angles.
3. Higher efficiency than the drilling machine with fully hydraulic driving head: Since the process when adding the drilling , which avoids the vertical shaft drilling machine from stopping frequently as before, reduces the collapses and falling in holes and other hidden troubles of accidents caused by the added drilling.
4. Lower cost for application and maintenance and reduce the labour intensity.
5. According to the technical parameter of diesel engine, the drilling machine with fully hydraulic driving head will use more 4-5 tons of diesel than the vertical shaft drilling machine when drilling a 1000m hole.
