Product Description
1. XY-44T is core drilling rig, integrated rig with tower into one unit, consists of XY-44 drill rig, with the function of hydraulic lifting and lowering of tower. With powerful drilling capacity, the rated drilling depth comes up to 1,000m with wire line 71mm drill rod.
2. The drill tower is pyramid-mast type. Being light in overall weight, single component being light and limited in disassembly quantity, the tower is convenient for transportation and installation. When the rig is moved back during operation, the tower can be inclined to make up the moved-back distance so as to guarantee the central line between the centers of the hole and pulley. The tower can be adjusted in clock-wise direction for drilling inclined holes. The adjustment is convenient for making and wide in adjusting range. It is suitable for drilling large-angle hole.
3. With large spindle I.D. 93mm, the rig is fed with double hydraulic cylinders with longer stroke up to 600mm.
4. Less control handles have been equipped for the drilling rig.
5. It is easy to get to know the conditions in hole with an antivibration meter. Less in operating handles, the rig can be operated credibly and flexibly.
6. It is compact in construction, rational in overall arrangement, moderate in weight, convenient in assembling and wide in range of rotation speed.
