This line mainly produces three profiles:Hidden wallboard sheet, corrugated sheet and push-in type wallboard sheet (optional).
During the line working, after the roll forming system, the PU should be sprayed on the surface of panel continuously, and then through the DBL forward. During this time, the PU is foaming and solidifying. After the sandwich panel is forming completely, the shear cut off the panel according to the set length. The machine doesn`t stop during cutting.
