Description:
Conformal coating fixtures is used in spraying conformal coating process to form a film to protect some PCB components from moisture,dust etc.
Conformal coating material is applied to electronic circuitry to act as protection against moisture, dust, chemicals and temperature extremes that if uncoated (non-protected) could result in a complete failure of the electronic system.
The tested board before sending it into box. There is a spray with transparent in color will be used to cover circuit board. The spray coat will inform a film on the components and PCB board.It can help PCB board to avoid moisture and contamination etc. to make board longer use life.
We know that all parts cannot be covered with this coating and can develop dedicated fixtures that take all the time and effort out of hand masking.Because of Conformal Coating Fixtures,Just insert the PCB into the bottom plate, close the top plate, and spray away. It is as easy as that.
