This equipmentpossesses two models (HY-SP35 and HY-SP60) according to different pressure andit is adjusted and improved in great degree on the basis of common pressedmachine on market. So it can produce general segments in different size (large,medium and small)and segments for drill bits with diameter of 14mm,12mm,10mm,8mm,6mm,and some special-shaped segments.
Functions and Features:
1. With 4 pillar structure, high precision of uprush into mold, easy mold installation.
2. Thecoordination of light curtain and brake improves the safety of operatorenormously
3. Thelifetime of machine is stretched by upgrading the fragile parts, reducingmaintenance.
4. LEDwork light is small and exquisite.
5. Moreaccurate feeding.
6. Equippedwith pressure relief function. When machine is stagnated, turn the small handwheel to relief pressure.
7. They canproduce segments with bottom powder (welding).
