This equipment is a kind of automatic small weilding rack, who welded together with diamond segments and saw blades matrix by high frequency welding, automatically sending segment, automatically feeding solder wire, automatic brushing flux.The device is new products on basis of researching in a number of stone industry experts and upgrading with several generations of welding equipment, adopting computer touch-screen control and human-machine interface, mainly suitable for welding diamond saw blades of 280-700mm in stone industry.
Functions andFeatures:
1. Configuration of matrixtank photoelectric system, automatic positioning, automatic alarm display for runningthe fault.
2. The parameters of related R/F-segment,L/T-segment and saw, welding time, welding gear, cooling time, skip welding, canbe adjusted according to actual needs.
3. High degree of automation, high positioning accuracy, automatically sending segment, automatically feeding solder wire, automatic brushing flux.And the last segment is fed solder wire with two times to guarantee the endteeth welding strength.
4. Bilateral cooling fan,cooling speed.
5. High frequency welding, the welding speed.
6. Easy operation and strong stability.
