Function:
The 5.5m SCP Machinery working on the coke side of coke oven, the belt conveyor feeding the coal into the hopper of the SCP machine.When it is stamping ,the coal is feeded into the stamping coal scuttle through the shake feeders.The automatic operating stamping machines are installed on the top of the coal scuttle,the tamping hammer stamping the coal in the coalscuttle into coke cake,the charging device feeds the coke cake to the oven chamber from the machine-side door.The pusher device push the hot coke out of the oven chamber. Auxiliary functions can be configured with door cleaner device, frame cleaner device,briquette cutting device,spillage coke device etc.All the system devices are controlled by the electrical program,make sure that the SCP machine is efficient, stable, and smart to complete the production tasks.
