Professional Cassava Residue Dryer
Description of Cassava residue dryer:
cassava residue is the direct leftovers in the process of cassava starch production, which not only contains a certain percentage of grain that can feed cows, rich crude protein, 2-3 times higher than that of corn, but also contain a variety of trace elements, vitamins, yeast, etc., the content of lysine and methionine and tryptophan is also high, such as: residual solid matter of malt, rice and hops through saccharification, gelatinization process of filtration or pressure filtration. It is the main composition of wheat shell, wheat germ, rice embryo and endosperm, these composition contains a large amount of crude protein, crude fiber and crude fat polymer nutrients which are difficult to decompose without decomposition. It has now become one of the sources of raw materials for production of protein feed.
Mechanical Structure and Working Principle of Cassava residue dryer:
The vinasse dryer consists of heat supply source, feeding machine, revolving cylinder, discharging machine, induced-draft fan, tripper, and power distribution cabinet; after enter the dryer machine, the wet vinasse distributes in the dryer equably and contacts the hot air fully when flipped by the lifting plate in the drum, this will quicken the heat transfer and mass transfer. During the drying process, with action of the inclined lifting plate and heat medium, the dried vinasse is discharged from the star-shape discharge valve in another side of the dryer.
