P70 railway box wagon is the multi-purpose railway freight box wagon for transporting goods, including grain, industrial goods and expensive instrument, no exposure to sunlight, rain and snow. It has the advantage of light tare weight, high loading capacity. It is in good shape with firm structure.
P70 box wagon mainly consists of carbody, coupler and draft gear, braking system and bogie.
1. Carbody
The carbody of P70 box wagon is overall loading steel structure. It is assembled by underframe, side wall, end wall, wagon roof, wagon window ect.
The underframe is made by high strength weathering steel. The end wall, side wall and roof is mainly made of weathering steel.
The roof lining is made by PVC plate with 5mm thickness. The side wall and end wall lining is made by bamboo plate with 3.5mm thickness.
2. Coupler and draft gear
At each end of the box wagon will be provided with a high performance coupling device (high tensile couplers and high capacity draft gears) suitable for hauling in rake formation of heavy train as mentioned uphill at the maximum gradient.
3. Braking system
The box wagon will be installed with the conventional specified single pipe gradual release automatic air brake incorporated with slack adjuster and automatic load brake device. Each wagon can be coupled with the air brake train. The application and release operation of the air brake system will be quick and uniform.
4.Bogie
The conventional three pieces bogie will be assembled. It mainly consists of side frame, bolster, suspension system, braking rigging ect.
5. Warranty period: 12 months after commissioning on site.
Service life: 25 years.
6. Spare parts and technical training will be provided for free.
