♦ Unique Design : 1.Vibration force is generated by drouble vibrating motors with adjustable unbalanced weight. 2.When changed relative installation angle of two groups unbalanced weights, vibration force can adjusted as your required. 3.Material on screen cloth be forced to make a jump-forward linear motion. Oversize material would be screened out during that time, undersize ones discharged from outlet point. ♦ Features : 1.Tough modular design,low part weights,low acceleration,long service life of all parts, no product degradation 2.The IP54 protection rank, F level insulation, greatly extend the vibration motor's service life; motor can run in the bad environment. 3.Large proportion of separating 4.Can fit into narrow locations,so no need for expensive refitting of existing lines 5.The machine's outlet can be adjusted to any direction. ♦ Working Principle : When the two vibrating motor that installed vertically on the sieve relatively rotate, the eccentric block of two vibrating motors produce rated excitation force. The horizontal excitation force cancel each other out, the vertical excitation force is transported to the whole screen surface through the body mass vibration. Materials do the jumping movement on the screen surface to the outlet because of the vertical excitation force. ♦ Application: 1. Plastic: commodity pellets, engineered pellets, PVC resin 2. Agriculture: grains and wheat, soybeans and oilseed,pellets and crumbles, meat meal, pet food, tobacco, corn sizing (ethanol) 3.Chemical: fertilizer, ammonium sulfate, catalyst, calcium hypochlorite.
